To give Quin users more options for food recording in the app, we have replaced portion sizes and carb ranges with a selection of macronutrients including carbs, fats and proteins.
If you have previously used carb ranges, these will be suggested as a value when recording food, so you can carry on using previously saved information, or ignore these and record the detail you prefer.
Quin will suggest the midpoint of the range you had previously recorded. For instance, if you have recorded a carb range of 20g - 30g, you’ll get a value of 25g suggested.
You can record a food using a food name, or a carb value, or both, fats and proteins are optional.
