Notification Summary, Focus mode, and other reasons why Quin notification don't show

iOS 15 introduces new notification features which can prevent you from seeing your Quin notifications on time. The following instructions will ensure you continue to receive your insulin and food notifications exactly when you need them.

Notification Summary

If you decide to use the new iOS 15 notification summary, select Immediate Delivery in the notification settings for Quin to receive your notifications on time.

Focus mode

If you decide to use the new iOS 15 Focus modes, add Quin to your Allowed Apps to still receive your important Quin notifications on time.
