To see how your activity affected your blood sugar, go to the Timeline, press on the activity record and see how your activity aligned with your blood sugar, food and insulin records.
Activity can also affect your body long after finishing the activity. Different activities have different effects over different periods. Quin can help you understand by highlighting the 24 hours following an activity to show that the activity may still be having some effect on your blood sugar. Over time, with repeated recording of the same activity, you can start to see patterns of how your activity affects your blood sugar.
