Setting a carb range for your personal portion sizes when recording a meal or snack is easy. For more information on how to record meals and snacks, check out the How do I record a meal / snack? article.
To set a carb range in 6 quick steps when recording a meal / snack:
- Select or enter a new meal / snack name
- Select your personal portion size
- Press on the '- g to - g' field
- Select the low for the carb range for this portion on the left spinner
- Select the high for the carb range for this portion on the right spinner
- Press 'Add portion'
That's it! The next time you have this same meal / snack and the same portion size, the carb range will be remembered for you and displayed.
