Setting a carb range for your personal portion sizes when recording a meal or snack is easy. For more information on how to record meals and snacks, check out the How do I record a meal / snack? article.

To set a carb range in 6 quick steps when recording a meal / snack:

  1. Select or enter a new meal / snack name
  2. Select your personal portion size
  3. Press on the '- g to - g' field
  4. Select the low for the carb range for this portion on the left spinner
  5. Select the high for the carb range for this portion on the right spinner
  6. Press 'Add portion'

That's it! The next time you have this same meal / snack and the same portion size, the carb range will be remembered for you and displayed.
